The Capybarrier, a game about a capybara learning to accept help from others in order to face large challenges, will be making its debut in SAAM Arcade 2021 Game Jam!

The theme for this game jam is Building Community, and Expressing Individuality. Capybaras are known as the animal kingdom's chillest member. In fact, a group of capybaras is often called a meditation. From guinea pigs to vultures, several species come together to hang out with the world's largest rodent on a regular basis.  In this sense, capybaras can build their own inter species communities due to their relaxed nature.

The Capybarrier has not only brought its developers together, but we hope that our game will bring players together as well.  Our goal: remember that its okay to ask for help and you do not have to face challenges all on your own.

Our first build will be submitted to this game jam and updates with much more content will be published after, so stick with us!
